Primarily, the Buyer Broker agreement outlines the work a Real Estate Agent will do as your fiduciary, in a real estate transaction. This is a fancy way of saying it lets you know that the Agent has your back and is now working for your best interest in the transaction. It does not obligate you to purchase a home, however, it confirms your agreement to work with that agent, the brokerage they represent, and that they will be compensated if a sale occurs.
What happens if I am not happy with my Agent?
